Oh wow, the game looks promising @Onyx. I'm really enjoying the art style, it reminds me of games like Teripets and Lurapets back in the day. They were a few of my favourite games to play.

@Kesstryl No worries Kesstryl, everyone on the forums has real life things they need to attend to. I'm glad you're in the process of graduating, what is it you were/are studying? If you don't mind me asking, what was your RPG game called? I didn't know you had one in the works! On the topic of implementing a sub-forum of sorts for listing games, we've recently implemented it in the form of two threads. One for games that are In Development and the other for games that are Open to the Public. I think this will allow game owners to communicate with us and get focus on their social media as well, which is beneficial overall for many of them, I suggest posting your RPG on there too!

Hello everyone, I just wanted to make an announcement on recent changes to the forums, like how the Gaming Directory and Marketplace have disappeared and can no longer be accessed. Recently @Digital and myself have noticed a slow down in activity on the forums and interaction overall, with this in mind it was decided that it wasn't cost effective to continue hosting both the Game Directory and the Marketplace, thus they were both removed recently. We are however hoping to reintroduce something similar to the Game Directory in the form of a thread-based one in the future as having an area with all the games proves incredibly useful to those who wish to find news games or follow upcoming ones. We will try our best however to keep as much of the original list in our new thread, but if we do miss things out then please feel free to point them out to us when the time comes! And lastly, I'd like to apologize for the delayed response on what had happened to these features. Both me and Digital have been busy in real life and thus didn't have a chance to address it. Jeez, Hugos House of Horrors is such a throwback game for me. I loved it and still love it as much, another two were MONO and Krypton Egg as well. I wish they were all compatible with PC. I'd play them.

Hello @Boltgreywing, I addressed the missing Gaming Directory on another topic, please feel free to see my reply here. Sorry for leaving replying to yourself this long, I've had some other things in real life that took up my time.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you guys. To my understanding (forgive me, I've been doing a lot of stuff recently and thus might have remembered some things incorrectly), due to the traffic on here not being as active as it once @Digital had said that it wasn't worth the extra cost for features like the Marketplace, Game Directory and such. I'll message him and ask him to have an input on this topic as I don't want to speak for him. Although on a more positive note, I am currently working on a replacement to the Game Directory in the form of a thread version. Similar to what I had on Virtual Pet List, one for In Development and Public Games whilst both focus on RPGs/SIMs/Virtual Pet Sites/Mobile Applications. But it's not anything final yet, so it may not come to much.

@judda That's extremely sad that you didn't get the coding that you'd paid for, even a year on from it. I expected a lot better from Paul, hopefully when he comes back he'll address this as nobody deserves to be out of pocket for services they paid for.

@Pepper-Head I will try my best to get in contact with him, since I swear I have contact with him on somewhere other than here and Discord. I'll message you off-site if I do manage to get a response.

@Digital I couldn't have put it better myself. I hope people will at the very least hold back on the defensive front, it can be hard but it doesn't solve anything being defensive. The same applies to being critical of others, be constructive and don't let it turn into a personal insult.

Although I'm not an artist myself, I tend to request that the artist works at a larger size to what the final piece will be on site. That way they can add more details to the items and not lose any quality on reducing the size. Usually items on my site are 80x80px, but they're drawn at 200x200px or more. Same kind of idea applies to the NPCs/Maps/etc.

A definitive nope from me, I've already got a pet site that I've been working on and off for about 10 years now.. that needs a lot of care and attention to meet it's potential. I should probably work on that first before starting any new projects.

@Noromtigel I've got confirmation about the situation with ClanHeart from the owner and it's a bit more complicated than it first seems, I wouldn't go as far to say as it should be shutdown but it might eventually come to that. I'll put it on the new list that it's In Development but currently in Hiatus mode. @Mortain This will be fixed once I'm finishing sorting out the new list contents. hank you for bringing this to my attention! @Bravefoot Oh, I'm sorry to hear that?
