To send off the holiday, the rarity of Noviteggs in NPC Shops will be decreased. That means you'll have more chances than ever to snatch them up! In addition, all Novitaria events -- including the Novitegg hunt, Noviteggs restocking in shops, and Quests rewarding Noviteggs -- will be ending at 23:59:59 IcePets Time.
