    Hello!

    I am a freelance artist, familiar with the sim/virtual petsite scene. I am proficient in both 2D and 3D work. I am also capable of pixel work. Some of you may know me! 

    I am also available for game assets, comic work, illustrative work and personal commissions. 

    Please note. I am also a proficient writer and available for such work!

    Current Situation: Open full-time, indefinitely.

    My Process:

    If you have commissioned me before, some things may have changed. Currently, when accepting a quote, I will draft up a contract using the current exchange rate on that day. Whether or not the rates fluctuate, will not matter as this quote will be frozen until completion. Quotes with current clients will remain the same (mutuals are free to ask my availability whenever throughout the year. :))

    If you haven't commissioned me before, my process is fairly straight forward: 

    1. Planning: I like to collect as much information and references as I can before beginning. We will discuss the finer details of what is needed, as well as tailoring elements to your specific project. 

    2. Sketches & Confirmation: Unless told otherwise, I will update you with several sketches/stages for your approval before continuing onto the final work. After the confirmation of the final sketch, I expect half of the payment to be paid. 

    3. Creation & Revisions: You will typically hear from me again once the work is completed, however feel free to request updates. I am online most times and will reply as soon as I can. At this point I will send you a low res screenshot of what I consider to be the final image, where you can ask for any revisions if necessary. Once happy with the final product, the rest of the payment is due. 

    4. Files - After receiving the final payment. I will send you the full high res images and/or any PSDs if necessary. 

    * I'm willing to polish any fine details I or you notice before and after submission as a courtesy, but will not do major changes that greatly alter the image, or require paintovers free of charge.

     

    Price Quotes and Examples

    The following examples have been used in commercial projects, and are here for portfolio purposes only. Please do not use, redistribute or copy under any circumstances as they are copyrighted to their respective owners. 

    Estimates are based on a rate of £8p/h or $10.50p/h. Please note that this is between the National Minimum Wage, and the London Living Wage. 

    Humanoids: A semi-realistic Style *

    Headshots and busts: £30

    Halfbody: £65 (waist - knees) 

    Fullbody: £85

    Equiverse

    Equiverse is a competitive horse sim game in which you can create, breed and show your very own horses! Here, we encompass the realistic aspects of owning horses - from caring for them, breeding them, showing them, and much more.

    You can do anything from building up your empire of Show Jumping Arabians, to breeding your Thoroughbred Race Horses, to collecting an assortment of colored Appaloosas. We boast 20 different breeds of horse, 6 different disciplines to train and show in, and over 2 million different genetic combinations - always with the possibility of new genes being discovered!

    Game Directory is getting some love!

    That is a fair point about Pokemon Pets, although I was simply going through a list of Pet-sites available. I believe, sites in the game directory should also be included even if they're 'in development', it just has to be marked so. I don't think I would mind seeing In Development sites that have not yet opened to Alpha on the list, but like other sites, maybe require the need to have basic information available, and screenshots.

    I suppose at that point, the developers would have made their game known to the general public.

    Side note.. I did try to add a banner for Pokemon Pets, but it doesn't seem to work.

    Flight Rising

    Flight Rising is a very popular dragon breeding game created by Stormlight Workshop LLC.

    It is is a social web-based activity site featuring dragon breeding, adventuring, combat, and collecting. It puts you in control of your own clan of dragons, allowing you to control their mating habits, specialize their abilities and traits, and adorn them thousands of different ways with a variety of apparel.

    Flight Rising features a rich storyline, which can be found in it's encyclopedia. Consisting of 3 chapters, and an epilogue that leads to the birth of Flight Rising. 

    Currently, Flight Rising only accepts registrations for one week on starting on the 2nd Sunday of each month.

    Wonder Woman

    I didn't enjoy it. However, I wouldn't stop others from seeing it. I'm sure it's a good film but I had a hard time seeing past many vfx and acting flaws, which ruined if for me. I really really wanted to love this film.

    However I haven't seen suicide squad, or batman versus superman. (Which I hear are complete duds) So I may have gone in with very high expectations given the hype surrounded by it. It may have been a great DC film, but I don't know if I would have considered a great film overall. 

    That being said, Wonder Woman has been portrayed in different ways in comics, but I also wasn't fully impressed with how her backstory was portrayed. She is a powerful character, that leaves a very empowering impression when used right.

    @Elm The summer can feel very short when you have a lot to focus on! What were you planning to improve on? 

    Thank you so much @Nate , I couldn't agree more ^^

    I'll be doing a series of 2D drawings, painting studies and 3D work! Also trying to do a bit more technical and do a game prototype towards the end of summer depending on how things go. I just really want to up skills, for a nice surprise next year.

    Also need to clean up my online presence and rebrand myself. Much to do!
