I'm here to share my evaluation of the game Age of Alder. The game is set in the fictional world of Alder, involving themes of dieselpunk fantasy, mechs, knights, zombies, orcs, and monsters. Strategy is essential to victory.
The game currently has 3 playable factions, with 2 more factions to be released soon: Humanity, Wartide, and Fallen. Each faction has its unique abilities and gameplay.
*HUMANITY*
Humanity has a good variety of units and sub-factions, with a good number of vehicles and heavy tanks. They also have imperial units and highly useful mechs.
*FALLEN*
Fallen has a great variety of infantry, magical, and technological units. They also have a tremendous variety of zombie units with evolutions. They have strong sub-factions as well.
*WARTIDE*
Wartide is the orc faction, with a good mix of infantry, long-range units, heavy units, and mechs. They're a chaotic faction, fitting for orcs.
*CAMPAIGN MODE*
The game has a challenging and fun campaign mode, with interesting scenarios, situations, and units. The campaign mode is a great way to understand the game better and get the gold needed to unlock improvements.
*ONLINE MODE*
The game has an online match system, allowing you to play against a human opponent, with more tension and strategies in each turn. I recommend playing with at least one fully unlocked faction.
*GENERAL ANALYSIS*
- The game has pleasant pixel art graphics.
- The gameplay is easy and simple to understand.
- The game is constantly updated with new content.
- The game has diverse content, including PvP, PVE, and campaigns.
*MY OPINION*
I hope they add more units and factions. The game reminds me a lot of Warhammer 40k, which I particularly enjoy.
