Centralizing Information for Users

Since we started, we have been adding information, features, and different things so quickly that there has not been any sense to where to begin as a new member. Tonight I spent some time organizing some of this.

• We have Community Guidelines, which are our basic forum wide rules.
  
• We have a Important Information announcement (replaces the Forum Adoptables one), that summarizes information and points members to certain areas.
  

The guides will always be a work in progress, and evolving, however I hope that by providing the announcement that is more global, and creating threads for adoptable information and core membership it will make things easier for new members to get started.
