Developer for hourly commissions

Hello 

I'm offering my services for hire. These are the programming languages and frameworks that I can work with in order from most proficient to least:

- python and/or Django

- SQL (postgres or ANSI SQL)

- ruby and/or Rails

- php (some experience with Pet Gaming Framework)

I am not an artist or a designer. I don't do major CSS layout and design changes. I expect all assets to be provided (art, sounds, etc).
