Any Petsite(s) For Sale?

I hope this is the right place to post this. I was curious if there were any petite's that may be on the market? I am interested in purchasing one. Feel free to post here or privately message me.

I feel like there used to be a section here for selling/buying games. I was going to point you to it to see if something there caught your eye, but it seems to be no more haha

 
I have a site I am looking to sell. 
It is "Island" based.
Has multiple flash games (purchased, 12 in total, not all are coded yet, but all would go with the site). 
13 pets with multiple colors
Multiple coded shops
Coded battle with reward system
~ 400 items (foods, books, weapons, toys, etc)

Simply no time anymore to work on it, no existing staff and a lot of other things going on. 
Have ~ 3k into the site, would consider a fair amount less for it. 

 
There is, however, the site is not open to public. I have only played around on it to tests shops etc. 
Domain is paid up to April I believe.
