The background is subject to change, since I have yet to draw an official background, but I like the colors so those will stay. I created a shiny new logo too, to go with our new theme. This theme is 90% finished, so it's opt-in right now. Once completed it will replace both the classic and new bootstrap themes. This is because it has unfortunately become a hassle to keep the content consistent between both, and it is much easier in the long run to have one theme. There will be color scheme options in the future, but not a completely different theme. This new theme is both more responsive and more eye-catching than the last two, so mobile users rejoice!
