  1. I am so interested in this. I've actually wanted to do this exact same thing for years, but I'm an artist, not a coder. If you'd like to talk about working together, maybe drop me a PM? You can find examples of my artwork on www.worldofeniv.com and www.jwatkinsart.com if you'd like to check it out.
  2. Hey everyone! I'm Tony, and I'm a freelance artist who is opening up for a few commissions. Right now, I'm primarily looking to do things like background images, as I'm developing a portfolio in that field. I have a few samples below. If you're looking for a new member of your team and you're interested in working with me, just send me a PM or contact me at [email protected]. Thanks!
  3. Today is the big day! The ARPG I've been working on, World of Eniv, is finally going live. We've got accounts on DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Twitter, and our official website here. What is World of Eniv? World of Eniv is a fantasy-based ARPG and community revolving around the Enivi, magical hybrids between cervids, canines, and kirin. These magical creatures have primarily lived peaceful lives, but the desire to explore and learn about their world could change that. Join us for monthly events, discovery, questing, and a lot of fun! What Can I Do in World of Eniv? We're just opening, but there's already a lot to do. You can either adopt an Enivi today, or start earning one by drawing images of the existing characters. Once you have your Enivi, you'll be able to battle, train, roleplay, customize your Enivi, and go on random quests. What Makes World of Eniv Unique? Our goal with World of Eniv is to keep the ARPG side of things active with monthly events and plot lines. Community engagement isn't required, but it does help drive the game. There will be areas to explore, boss battles, and treasure to be found. While we explore Eniv, we know it's also important to take care of the offline world we live in as well. We'll also be doing regular charity events and educational plotlines to help everyone remember that we need to care for our world, and all the living things living in it. We're also striving to form a comfortable, accepting environment for artists of all ability ranges, from the beginner hobbyist, to the advanced professional. We want everyone to feel safe posting their World of Eniv-related art. We accept both visual and literary work in our events, and both earn points within the game. How Do I Join? Joining is easy! All you need to do is follow one of our Official Accounts and start taking part in the game. When you've earned your first Crystal, adopted your first Enivi, or found your first item, your account will be created for you. If you have any questions, feel free to check out our FAQ, or to reach out to us. We'll be happy to lend a hand. We hope we'll see you around!
  4. I'm just curious. What's the average size you use for atmospheric images in your game?
  5. Hey everyone! Thank you all very much for your inquiries. We believe we've found our item artist, and we're just waiting on a final confirmation. When we need more work in the future, you'll all be the first to know. Thank you!
  6. Hey! I'm looking for a quote from a reliable programmer for a site/app that includes a mix of pet site and social media aspects. The coding completed I would need would be; A secure log-in and account creation A password reset A pet-site style inventory and trading system (for both items and "pets") A private messaging system Profiles that show a bio, an avatar, an achievements section, an option to send them a message or friend the user. The ability to search for users by their name. The ability to upload an avatar (100x100px) and edit a text bio. A "friending" feature A "Share" feature (to share another user's post on your own profile) A pet-site style currency system (no games or earning, all manually added) One store for people to purchase items with digital currency, wherein the staff members could add, remove, and "bundle" items, as well as set prices or discounts. A back-end wherein staff could easily add items to the database, and to a user's inventory, as well as adding currency to a user, and manually added 'achievements' to their bios. The ability to ban or suspend users, edit bios, and reset avatars to a default setting A system that alerts staff when particular words or phrases are being used If anything is unclear, just let me know. I'm not a programmer, I'm an artist haha. This is a project that I would be looking to start within the next few weeks. No offense, but I'm not looking for free programmers or profit shares as I've had people disappear in the past, and I'd really like to see this completed. I may consider trading art for coding, but either way, I'd like something in writing so we're both getting what we expect. For samples of my work, just message me. I'm pretty sure @Pepper-Head will vouch for me. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
  7. I'm working on an ARPG that I'm hoping to build into a full brand. Not exactly a pet site, I know, but it has similar elements? I'm pretty excited for it. The team involved has put a lot of thought into it, and spent quite a bit of time planning it out. We only have a handful of other things to do before it's ready to go.
  8. Hey guys, we're still looking for applications Tagging Pepper in case you know anyone who might be interested @Pepper-Head
  9. World of Eniv is looking for an item artist or two for a project we'd like to have ready to launch later this month. The project centers around a fantasy environment. The items we'll need are things like crystals, potions, magically enchanted bone and horn fragments, and a mix of creative fruit and vines. Some of these may be recolors, but we'd really like as many unique items as possible We'll only need a handful of items to start, but with the monthly events we have planned, there could be more work in the future for the right candidate. The ideal candidate would have; An imaginative, colorful cartoon style with implied detail. The time to quickly create the launch items to quality expectations. Have experience working in item-creation with a bit of artistic freedom. The ability to actively communicate with the project's creators. The ability to accept payment via PayPal. Willingness to sign an NDA, as the project hasn't yet launched. It's not required, but if you can communicate over Discord, that's a huge plus. Item Details: We need between 10 - 15 items for the launch. Size is 150 x 150 px We will want the commercial rights to the images as we'll be using them for our game and would prefer not to find another game using them. (You are, of course, free to put them in your portfolio once the game launches! ) If you're interested, please post or send us examples of your work and prices here or at [email protected]. If you have any other questions, just let us know. Thanks for your time!
