  1. Yah I have! But usually that's around the item size people look for. Not too big but not so small that you can't see anything. I've been asked for both smaller and bigger depending on what's needed. I try to do them at a larger / higher dpi in case I want to print the items for my portfolio or the games want to pull out an artbook or something.
  2. Probably 150 x 150 pixels, but then I make them 3-5 inches size for print purposes 8D
  3. You can also use Clip Studio Paint for Ipad pro and it's a pretty complete program. Drawings are looking neat!
  4. Working on this at the moment. ~ A Private commission of a merman playing fetch the pebble with an otter!
  5. Working on several things at the same time... Character design, background art which I cannot share, illustrations for contests... I'm so bad at keeping wips in order
  6. How old you are. 31! What your gender is. Female! Where you live (can be general or exact). Monterrey, Mexico but travel at least once per year out of town. ~ What you do / What you are studying. I'm a full-time freelance illustrator, work from home. And English / Spanish translator and anthropologist's assistant on my vacation time. How many pets (and/or) kids you have. I have a 10 year old german shepherd and an 14-15 year old mixed breed cat ~
  7. My handwriting is horrible, my teachers couldn't understand it. But it was useful because even if I fell asleep my hand would continue writing as if I was awake so I could get away with sleeping at class and still have decent notes.
  8. There are so many illustrators I admire for different things each one of them. x__x For colour & light: Nathan Fowkes, Dice Tsutsumi and Robert Kondo, and many more Amazing styles: Claire Wendling, Peter Mohrbacher, Nesskain and many others Fellow artist friends with amazing skills: Stephan MCgowan, Hunter Bonyun, Elk64, and many others! There are way too many to list And some others I don't remember their names....
  9. Your rabbits are so good!!! *__*
  10. Was making a work in progress thingie by trying for the first time e conte, and I ruined it (But it was expected to get it ruined) Anyways, starting a digital version of the same picture:
  11. I use both as well! Recently I sold a few mixed media opersonalized bookmarks but I usually leave traditional art for personal stuff and work is mostly digital art!
  12. Finished this the other day. Now I'm working on some icons for Eqcetera.
  13. My friend and I are already switching to somewhere else. It's going to be a pain to modify all the websites and everything but $400 is way too out of our budgets x__x
  14. Ahhh I love that Black horned preat plush!
  15. I just came back from staying for over a month in Japan so now I can share my experience! It was my first time visiting there but I decided not to go to very touristic areas to force me to practice the language more. Turns out even at the airport a lot of people barely speak English so it was a lifesaver to know the language a bit enough to ask for directions since my sim card didn't work. People are usually very patient with you and will go above and beyond to help you. If you say hello to them they reply back, a little off guard sometimes but they do it There was one time that the train stopped due to a malfunction and i didn't really understand the announcement (because my Japanese is not that good yet) and a man approached and kindly explained in English what was happening. I also met a few neat people including an older lady who walks her old Corgi everyday on a wheelchair thing she modified because her dog can't walk. (I asked if I could take a picture of her and her dog because it was just too amazing) I met so many people, another time at a Dorayaki store I met the owner who kindly took me to a place I wanted to go to because it was a bit far by foot and even gave me some treats! I did give him one of my drawings from my sketchbook as a thank you because he was just too nice. And I met this illustrator at a life drawing session organized by Janica, she wanted to hang out afterwards and took me to a very local very small Izakaya where the owner gave us a HUGE meal for free (meat, a lot of sashimi, snacks, etc). .__. Another time at a very local bus on a small town in the middle of nowhere, a grandma (which she called herself) suddenly gave us tons of candy she took from her bag. I have many stories that I want to illustrate at some point Some people might speak English but if you really want to get to know people, (like mentioned above) it helps to know the language of the country you're going to travel to. You're not going to regret it. Also, if you can watch videos and read about their culture (manners, etc) , that will be an awesome aid to you! Edit: I really liked japan, but I stayed mostly on rural areas / small cities to avoid people. I hated Akihabara because there's too many people and it smells bad and it's noisy and I always get lost at the train station, but I wouldn't say it was a cultural thing. Mexico city is like that and that's why I don't like it either
  16. Hey there! How can I donate to the website? I couldn't find anything of the sorts at the store D:

    1. Digital

      Digital

I don't purposely offer donations publicly, mainly because I run the site for the fun of it. If you do want to, please feel free to Message me, and I can let you know how to if you are still inclined :)

  17. I had no idea this happened! Wow this person really has a bad luck with people going away with his money. Well, before choosing this artist, I recommended him another professional artist like me, really good friend of mine who knows my art and we've collaborated on art projects a lot, but he didn't want to pay the fee and wanted to get the markings asap (basically giving almost no time for proper art) buuuut anyways, he went to this other artist and also charged him about the same amount and I think was going to take a while to finish all the stuff? I can't remember well but it was much more than what he said he wanted to pay. I wish I had the info on hand so I could give out better info. Also the artist before me (the main artist when I came in to work on items and familiars) stopped communicating as well.
  18. Actually I have no idea what's the current status of Clanheart, usually the owner didn't speak much to me about Clanheart plans so I don't know much details. Sorry for the delay on the reply, I was out of the country.
  19. Ahh that's awesome! Thank you so much! And congratulations everyone!!
  20. Thank you so much!! Has taken me like 25 years of practice and study
